Not a day goes by that I don’t say to myself “I am so lucky!” I feel so fortunate to have been been born at this time and place, and into this family. We’re fortunate to have had the boys we had, the daughters-in-law that have come into our lives because of them, and our beautiful grandchildren. It’s true that nobody’s perfect, but this family is a close to perfect as any can get!

Christmas chili & cornbread dinner was a small group and the focus was, of course, on the little one.
