  • Thursdays only - 90 minute class with optional FREE 30 minute led Pranayama or Philosophy Discussion (see below) after class. Students unable to attend these 30 minute sessions are free to log off after the 90 minute class:
    • Pranayama
      every 1st, 3rd & 5th Thursday
      5:30 - 6pm
    • Philosophy Discussion
      every 2nd & 4th Thursday
      5:30 - 6pm

Cost:  $9 each class (no special package rates)

How to pay? Venmo to "Chere-Thomas" or PayPal - pay for individual class or group of classes. 


  • log in 5 minutes prior to class time.
  • if possible make sure your device's camera shows your full body standing and seated in the center of the camera.
  • be prepared to sit properly for the invocation (Swastikhasana, Virasana, Padmasana).
  • have your props near you (sticky mat, block(s), chair, strap, etc.). If you don't have all these props, no worries.
  • if you don't have an OBYoga Waiver on file, CLICK HERE and send a pdf of the completed, dated and signed Waiver to Chere ( prior to class start time.
