  • 4:00 PM Pacific Time - 90 minutes (+ 30 min optional Philosophy)
  • Zoom Link
  • Tuesdays only - 90 minute class with optional FREE 30 minute Philosophy Discussion after class. Students unable to attend these 30 minute sessions are free to log off after the 90 minute class.

THURSDAYS

SATURDAYS

  • 9:00 AM Pacific Time - 90 minutes
  • Email Chere to reserve space in studio - limited space, Saturdays only.
  • Saturday Oct 16 - Led Practice for ongoing students only. Please check your email for link.

Cost:  $9 each class (no special package rates)

Please:

  • log in 5 minutes prior to class time.
  • if possible make sure your device's camera shows your full body standing and seated in the center of the camera.
  • be prepared to sit properly for the invocation (Swastikhasana, Virasana, Padmasana).
  • have your props near you (sticky mat, block(s), chair, strap, etc.). If you don't have all these props, no worries.
  • if you don't have an OBYoga Waiver on file, CLICK HERE and email Chere a pdf of the completed, dated and signed Waiver prior to class start time.
